An Ecological Impact Assessment, or EcIA, can be based on an existing ecological survey or begin with a new survey completed by our team.
An EcIA is more detailed than a Preliminary Ecological Appraisal and may be requested where a site is particularly large or contains important natural features such as ponds or ancient woodland.
The assessment identifies the site’s ecological features, considers how the proposed work could affect them, and sets out appropriate mitigation and enhancement measures.
We typically guarantee your completed EcIA report within 7 days of the survey date—or it’s free.
